About Naturally Healing

Naturally Healing is a space to explore what it means to live with intention and authenticity in today’s fast-paced world. Healing, for us, is not a destination but an ongoing journey. It’s about finding balance, reconnecting with nature, and embracing our true selves without apology.

Here, we’re not focused on self-improvement checklists or polished success stories. Naturally Healing is for those who are tired of the constant pressure to be “better” or “stronger.” It’s for those who yearn to slow down, simply be, and rediscover the beauty of living with intention. Instead of trying to fix ourselves, we focus on embracing the process of becoming.

Through this newsletter, I offer:

  • Grounded insights into Functional Nutrition

  • Reflections on mindful, slow living and its impact on our well-being

  • Insights on how nature can help us heal and thrive

  • Honest conversations about navigating life’s challenges and celebrations

  • A supportive community where we can learn and grow together

This space is about holding space for who we truly are—embracing imperfections and the quiet work of becoming. It’s not about achieving, but about allowing ourselves to unfold.

About Me

Life has a way of teaching us exactly what we need to learn. As a mother, teacher, and writer, I have discovered that true growth often happens when we slow down, tune in, and connect with the world around us. I believe that life does not need to be rushed. Growth is not always about big leaps. It happens in the quiet moments of reflection and change that we so often rush past.

My interest in health and wellbeing is not something I came to recently. For nearly three decades I have been quietly drawn to understanding how the body works and what it truly needs to feel well. That curiosity led me to train in Diet and Nutrition, Aromatherapy, Herbalism and Plant Medicine, and Anatomy and Physiology, studying across both the UK and the US. But more than any qualification, it is the combination of lived experience and years of learning that shapes what I share here.

Alongside this, I work as a Psychology Teacher, a role that has shaped me just as much as anything else. It is where I have learned to take complex ideas and make them genuinely usable rather than overwhelming.

In my daily life I balance the realities of family, teaching, and personal growth. It is not always easy, but it is real. Through these experiences I have come to understand that healing is not about fixing ourselves. It is about embracing our imperfections, slowing down, and finding peace in the messiness of life.

This space was created for anyone who values slow living, mindfulness, and the healing power of nature. When we share our stories honestly, something shifts. We feel less alone. We can all grow, learn, and heal together. And that, more than anything, is what Naturally Healing is for.

With love,

Jenn x
